It's enough to make you screen

I put up the LP Morgan Rondo 16:9 IR motorised screen today.


Before unpacking, I'd noticed that the packaging was slightly crushed on one end where it looks like some clutz of a delivery guy had dropped it on its end.

The screen casing still looked to be in perfect condition, but when I plugged it in and hit the down button, I was aghast at the crinkles on the bottom. I have a strong suspicion that somewhere along the way, this screen was stored vertically.

Here's some shots of the creases. I guess I'm about to discover how good LP Morgan's customer service is.
